Legal Team

Joseph V. Camarata,
Attorney At Law

Attorney Joseph V. Camarata has been practicing for over 15 years and has appeared in over 40 courts throughout the State of California. The majority of his career has been spent in a courtroom, whether it be prosecuting criminals, defending the accused or fighting for the rights of parents and spouses.

Attorney Camarata is a fierce advocate for each and every one of his clients and he looks forward to being able to help those in need. He went to law school to become a litigator and believes he is at his best when he has a cause to fight for. Attorney Camarata’s career has been focused on fighting for those who need it most. Whether you have been charged with an offense that could result in incarceration or are dealing with the potential loss of your children or property, he will do his best to help you through what is probably the toughest situation you’ve ever had to deal with.

Attorney Camarata and his partner Justine Marren pride themselves on being accessible, compassionate, understanding, aggressive, and – most importantly – reasonable when it comes to how they represent all of our clients. Attorney Camarata looks forward to sitting down and discussing how he and his firm may be able to help you in your case, whether it involves criminal law or family law.
