From transactions to litigation, we work to protect your interests. Our clients include real estate and related companies, business owners, real estate brokers and agents and large companies involved in litigation. Our clients are located throughout Southern California, in San Diego, Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles Counties. We have successfully handled numerous multi-million dollar matters for a variety of clients.

We help individuals as well as companies. From homeowners who are underwater to couples facing divorce, we guide and advise homeowners on their rights and the variety of options open to them. We also assist their real estate agents and brokers, and clients of real estate professionals.

Attorney At Law


Pete Solecki, is an accomplished and highly sought-after legal expert in the areas of real estate, real estate disputes, risk management, litigation management, corporate legal and business operations, and compliance issues, to name a few. Pete also serves as General Counsel and Risk Manager for the San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR, He is the former General Counsel of Prudential California Realty, an affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway, where he headed a corporate legal department of six lawyers and paralegals. In that capacity, Pete was responsible for oversight of an extensive litigation portfolio and for risk management at almost 100 real estate offices throughout Southern California. His superior command of the real estate industry benefits clients not only involved in real estate transactions or litigation, but also provides added value through real estate legal training, corporate compliance programs, public speaking and presentations.

Pete’s extensive legal background also includes eight years in the Litigation Department of the San Diego real estate law firm, Hecht, Solberg,, and 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, from which he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel Judge Advocate.

Pete holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University School of Law and is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy. He is a former instructor at the Naval Justice School in Newport, Rhode Island.

Evangeline “Ginger” Larson,

Ginger Larson is knowledgeable in all areas of real property matters. Ginger is a deal maker, not a deal breaker. She focuses on commercial and residential real estate and business transactions and litigation for individuals and entities. She has vast experience in resolving disputes involving real estate and business matters. Ginger represents owners of real property; negotiates and documents the purchase and sale of commercial, residential, and undeveloped properties; serves as counsel for parties to large loan transactions; represents lenders and borrowers in foreclosure and receivership proceedings; forms and advises business entities; and represents contractors and owners in construction disputes. She has been involved in numerous multi-million dollar real estate transactions and disputes, most of which have been settled out of court.

Ginger holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University. Ginger is a member of the Real Property section of the San Diego County Bar Association.

Ari David began his professional career as an aspiring entrepreneur and small business owner. While wading through complex tax and legal matters Ari realized the need for solid, common sense, accessible tax and legal advice. His legal practice focuses on filling this need.

As an experienced tax, estate planning, and business planning attorney, Ari creates powerful planning tools through a combination of legal and tax knowledge. His broad perspective empowers Ari to help clients address their unique financial challenges and goals.

Ari counsels clients on an array of estate planning, business and retirement matters. He emphasizes smart tax planning. Ari is knowledgeable about the tax consequences of a variety of estate planning measures, as well as methods to delay or lessen tax burdens. Ari also provides comprehensive advice to clients regarding the formation and operation of business entities, asset protection strategies, and business succession planning.

Ari has also served as a research attorney, focusing in the areas of partnership, corporate and international taxation, with many case samples published as part of an industry portfolio. Ari holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston and a BA in communications from National University.
