The Sargent Firm Injury Lawyers
Employment Attorney, Personal Injury
About Us

Over the years, we have witnessed just how difficult the insurance companies make it for honest people to recover compensation for their injuries after an accident. Injured people too often accept low settlements or give up on pursuing compensation because insurance companies deny their claim or make it difficult to recover damages.

We started The Sargent Firm Injury Lawyers to provide legal guidance and personal care to people struggling with the sudden and unwelcomed disruption that a serious accident brings to their life. We make it our purpose to ensure that anyone who suffers substantial damages in an accident in Temecula has the resources they need to fight for fair compensation.

Our Personal Services

Compassion is key as a personal injury attorney. We work with clients and families recovering from the shock of a serious accident – and trying to deal with the financial burden that it brings. We listen to your needs, address your concerns, and help you make sure that you recover compensation that fully covers your expenses and losses.

We know that all families have different priorities and needs, and we do everything we can to ensure your settlement meets those unique items.

Ryan Sargent,
Owner and Founder

Ryan Sargent is the owner and founder of The Sargent Firm Injury Lawyers.  He exclusively practices plaintiff’s personal injury law throughout the State of California.

After receiving his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Ryan launched his legal career with a focus on helping people who have been hurt through no fault of their own.

Ryan is the first lawyer in his family and is very proud to be an attorney who helps people through difficult times.  He has a unique way of practicing law that incorporates being genuine and focusing on his client’s struggles.  Understanding that most people don’t deal with lawyers that often, Ryan tries to make his clients feel comfortable by educating them and communicating with them in ways they can understand.

Areas of Practice

Wrongful Death

The tragedy of losing a loved one is difficult to overstate. Many families have to cope with the emotional pain of their loss while simultaneously dealing with the financial burdens that accompany wrongful deaths.

Bicycle Accident

As bicycle riders attempt to share the road with other cyclists, motorcycles, cars, trucks, and buses, there is always the chance that an accident will happen, and unfortunately, bicycle accidents tend to result in serious and often permanent injuries.

Catastrophic Injury

A catastrophic injury can leave a person suffering from long-term and even permanent disabilities. Unfortunately, catastrophic injuries often change people’s lives, and many people struggle to work, maintain relationships, and even enjoy life as they did before their accident. Each catastrophic injury is unique and presents its own set of challenges.

Dog Bites

According to the American Pets Products Association, there are an estimated 83.3 million dogs in the United States, and nearly 57 million families across the country have a dog as part of their family. Unfortunately, dog bites are a common injury and one that can result in serious, even life-threatening injuries.

Motorcycle Accident

California offers motorcycle riders some of the best views in the United States. Perhaps that is why California has the largest number of motorcycle riders in the country. The California Highway Patrol estimates that there are over 1.4 million motorcycle riders in the state.

Nursing Home Abuse

The California Department of Justice and The Bureau of Medi-Cal Fraud and Elder Abuse are preparing for a massive influx of seniors in San Diego and throughout California into nursing homes and long-term care facilities, so that the current number is assumed to nearly double by 2030.

Pedestrian Accident

Walking is an excellent form of exercise, is good for the environment, and is a wonderful way to enjoy the sights and weather of California. However, according to the Governors Highway Safety Association, nearly 700 pedestrians died in vehicular accidents in California in 2016.

Slip and Fall

Whenever one person visits another person’s property, whether it is a home or business, they expect to be safe from harm. Unfortunately, people who poorly maintain their property can be responsible for any injuries that happen as a result. However, there is a very specific framework for subsequent personal injury claims.

Truck Accident

Truck accidents often involve complex factual questions such as the events that lead to and caused an accident, determining who is responsible, and how to be compensated for your pain and suffering.

Workers Compensation

Getting injured is never a pleasant experience. Thankfully, if a person is injured while at work in California, they have the right to apply for workers’ compensation benefits.
